Manufacturing Process A Swaged Tubular Pole shall consist of three-tube sections with diminishing diameters from the bottom to top, the bottom section being the biggest in size. All the pipes are manufactured at the company’s sophisticated ERW pipe manufacturing plants even from High Tensile Steel ST-52. We do use our state-of-art and heavy duty machineries to cut swage and weld the poles. We have two galvanizing plants with zinc bath of maximum length 12.25m long. Our production and quality personnel take care of all the parameters of pre-treatment, molten zinc and post treatment chemicals stressing hot alkali, acid and hot flux which gives better surface ready for zinc dipping.
